Hawai'i is our favourite place in the world to visit, and no trip to the islands is complete without a shave ice. As our catering business Liko's Hawaiian Barbecue started to take off, we've always had requests to have shave ice at our catered parties and events.
At Liko's we serve our shave ice Hawaiian style. We bring to you the taste of the Islands in flavours to your event. We use a special ice shaving machine that shaves the ice very fine, which results in a light, feather-like, fluffy shave ice.
We carefully place and shape the shave ice in a cup and pour our tropical flavoured fruit syrups made from Pure Cane Sugar.
Liko's Hawaiian Shave Ice just melts in your mouth! We love seeing the smiles on all our customers’ faces as we share a taste of the islands and spread aloha.
